Recruited into NEOM’s Green Hydrogen entity, a joint venture between Air Products, ACWA Power and NEOM. Lead the procurement function for this flagship project, establishing robust procurement processes and driving Saudization initiatives within the team. Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation through to award, monitoring and closeout, working closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate contractual risk. Oversee vendor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract renewals, amendments, and terminations are executed efficiently to support project delivery.

Seconded to Neom, leading Procurement functions/teams for successful delivery of procurement services to Sectors and Support Functions at NEOM. Responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from initiating the procurement cycle by drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and issuing tenders, to negotiating and finalising contract terms. The role involved developing and improving procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of procurement services to support the development and operation of NEOM. I have had the opportunity to work across various sectors, including Tech&Digital, Energy, Defense.

Served as a Senior Procurement Specialist at BP, seconded through KBR, for the $6 billion BP ACE project in the Caspian Sea. Led the end-to-end procurement process , including contract development, negotiation, and execution. Collaborated closely with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure procurement aligned with project objectives. Adhered to strict customs regulations for materials movement between the UK, EU, Japan, and the US. Key Achievements: * Cultivated strategic partnerships with key suppliers, expanding the company's supplier network. * Mitigated procurement risks, such as delayed deliveries, invoicing disputes, and financial liabilities. * Optimized inventory management by collaborating with the Material Management Team to leverage existing stock.
