Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan. Ensure the application of the Labor Code and of all procedures according to the Albanian Labor Legislation. Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner. Identify key skills and specialties and propose training needs accordingly, interface with external suppliers for training programs. Compile all data needed for salary review and the annual performance appraisal analysis. Handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staff. Assure a good working environment through employee relations activities and communication. Manage Human Resources staff
