Senior Site engineer of construction and finishing for residential building • Site engineer of finishing like plaster and painting , ceramic, marble. • Study technical specification & code requirements for project. • Make schedule for all construction elements. • Making quantity surveying for reinforcement, steel, finishing material using autocad and excel . • Make the monthly invoices for subcontractors. • Identify problems to find possible solutions to achieve objectives of the project. • Monitor & control of subcontractors. • Ensure that quality control plans as per contractors and client’s expectation. • Manage and supervise the construction process, working closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget by implementing effective project management techniques. • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as required. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, local building codes, and best practices.
