• Investigated epigenetic memory in iPSC-derived endothelial cells within the field of epigenetics and vascular biology. • Performed molecular assays to study aging-related epigenetic regulatory mechanisms. • Standardised and executed experimental workflows, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and protocol compliance. • Analysed experimental data and generated data-driven hypotheses from pilot-scale experimental work. • Collaborated within a multidisciplinary research team, contributing to scientific discussions and problem-solving in a high-standard research environment.

• Surveyed local vendors for market analysis of non-toxic & eco-friendly pest repellents for seasonal & high-value fruits. • Isolated & maintained a culture of Bactrocera spp. across life stages from infested fruits sourced from local vendors. • Assisted characterisation of a volatile based pest repellent formulation through particle size analysis (dynamic light scattering) & FTIR • Conducted a bioassay for statistical estimation of efficiency of the pest repellent formulation.

• Dry laboratory work & literature review of 70+ articles to study landscape of microbial amylases • Wet laboratory work to isolate & identify amylase-producing strains of bacteria, to produce amylase & for optimization of pH, temperature conditions for maximum enzyme activity.
