Implemented an automated bankruptcy payment plan feature, saving agents up to 2 minutes per taxpayer. Analyzed data with SSMS and SQL to assist in development and testing in solutions for 21 business requests. Demoed project solutions to a client, presenting a primary strategy with alternate options to meet business needs. Attended weekly stand-ups with 10 coworkers, 3 leads, and a project manager to provide development updates.

Developed sample APIs using C# for the implementation of fracking sensor system support. Led the development of a Change Request Form to be integrated onto the company website. Participated in daily scrum meetings and project overviews following Agile Methodology.

Monitored weight room etiquette for up to 600 patrons. Evaluated 4-6 people on performance through 4-hour shifts and trained incoming attendants. Managed employees each shift to complete cleanings and oversee rules between 3 facilities.

Designed an RPA for an executive room to display current projects of 4 monitors upon entry. Authored a comprehensive 56-page overview on quantum computing research from 22 companies. Contributed to the development of an iOS app for inspection safety/security procedures.

Organized a continuing education training consisting of 5 people resulting in a profit of $7500. Utilized PHP and Python to resolve user interface issues with a package tracking application.
