As the Chamber Administrative Coordinator, I support the Chamber Manager in ensuring our members receive the highest level of service and engagement. My role touches many aspects of member relations, communications, and community outreach. I assist with day to day operations and member support, including onboarding new members, answering inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining up-to-date records. I also play a key role in our digital presence, designing and scheduling social media content that promotes local businesses, highlights chamber events, and strengthens community connections. In addition, I help manage internal communications, prepare materials for meetings, track member engagement, and contribute to event planning and execution. Whether it's sending out newsletters, creating promotional graphics, or coordinating with vendors, I enjoy being the behind the scenes person who helps everything run smoothly. This role has given me the opportunity to grow in administrative coordination, digital marketing, event planning, and community engagement, all while helping support and promote the incredible businesses in our community.
