-协调与印尼全国连锁系统合作谈判关于产品上架、产品促销、品牌推广、等等。 -负责组织开展促销员促销技巧、产品卖点、促销人员礼仪等的培训，提升其业务素质及技能。 -负责推行促销员达成销售指标，监督检查促销员的终端表现如工作状态、在岗情况、终端拦截能力、标准陈列、日销量达成、等等。 -负责和协调客户执行在门店的路演活动。 -负责综合各市场工作表现。 -协助翻译领导与主客户的团队沟通工作，陪同领导们调查市场。 -完成领导交办的其他事物。 - Help in coordinating and negotiating to National Key Account Buyer about product launch, brand or product promotion, etc.  - Responsible for organizing of training and developing skill of promotor in various aspect such as, selling skill, product feature and personallity in order to improve their business quality and skills.  - Responsible in pursuing promotor to achieve their sales target, supervising and inspecting their performance in store such as work behaviour, capability in serving consumer, product display, daily sales achievement, etc.   - Responsible to assist distributor in conducting and implementing of brand promotion activity in store.  - Help to translate any work-related communication between the company and the distributor.  - Accompany the management in doing market visit and be on-site translator. - Complete other tasks that assigned by superior.

- 按照新品上市规划协助和总部或厂家沟通开发产品的项目，做市场调研及市场竞品分析报告 。 - 跟进新品注册的进度，准备产品包装。 - 支持产品目录及各种产品文宣资料的制作、翻译工作和落地。 - 负责给内部产品培训，支持教育部举办的大会，协助陪同讲师进行产品巡讲并当现场翻译。 - 协助各项公告的制作和发送。支持及落实产品促销计划及相关沟通事项。 - 做每月和每季度产品销售分析报告。 支持印尼电商的产品资料与产品部分的相关项目。 - 协助市场反馈问题信息沟通并对其它部门工作的支持与亚太区其它国家的沟通协调。 - 完成领导交办的其它事务。

- 协助准备所有公司网站的内容。 - 协助准备各种文宣的资料。 - 准备国家产品品牌。 - 做新产品测试及分析报告。 - 准备新品的包装或更新产品包装。 - 完成领导交办的其。 - Assist in preparing all contents in company official website.  - Assist in the preparation of various product knowledge and promotion materials. - Create product branding through over Indonesia. - Do new product testing and prepare analysis reports. - Prepare new product packaging or rejuvenate of product packaging. - Complete tasks that was assigned by superior.
