I have been working in the staffing and recruiting industry for over eighteen years, with a focus on the finance, consumer, retail and industrial sectors. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indonesia, I leverage my understanding of human behavior and motivation to assess the fit and potential of candidates, as well as to negotiate and close successful deals. I also have a strong background in HR consulting, management, and executive search, having worked as a Recruitment Head at Citi and a Director at Bo Le Associates.
