Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market, my expertise lies in origination, due diligence, realization, and governance. From launching a successful $100M organization from a divested segment of Orion Health to integrating and growing acquired companies such as Corepoint Health, Datica Integrate, Nextgate, and Carecom, I've always thrived on challenges and finding opportunities for expansion and profitability. I’ve held executive leadership roles in major companies like Rhapsody, Change Healthcare, McKesson, Toshiba Medical Systems, and Agfa, managing P&L responsibilities for business units generating up to $500M USD in revenues. My efforts have consistently led to improved profitability, customer retention, and double-digit topline growth. Recognized for my ability to transform business models, I've successfully transitioned organizations from on-premises perpetual license sales to a SaaS subscription model. I also led the move of the technology deployment to the cloud at multiple organizations, setting the foundation for the businesses to enter Enterprise Imaging. Throughout my career journey, I've always prioritized creating positive environments that inspire high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and employee engagement. Maintaining over 95% GRR and 110% NRR with recurring ’the best in KLAS’ recognitions and achieving 80%+ employee engagement are testament to this commitment. As a leader, I always seek to blend my technical background with my strategic acumen to steer organizations towards their true potential. My focus has always been leveraging my unique blend of skills to lead healthcare organizations towards sustainable growth and innovation while enhancing patient outcomes globally.
