- Led research and UI design for digital twin software, enhancing functionality and user experience, including AI chatbot integration for improved interaction and understanding of Digital Twin data. - Consolidated multiple websites into a unified platform, implementing secure payment processing, CRM systems, and streamlined billing and account management functionalities. - Lead role in the marketing strategy and web design of our latest AI powered B2B software product. - Responsible for the ongoing creation of promotional materials, investor pitch decks, social media content, brochures, demo videos, and more.

- Collaborated with a multidisciplinary agile team of Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process to influence design systems, and assist in developing strategies that standardize and expedite implementation. - Pixel-perfect attention to detail in the design process and implementation in the finished product. - Use of design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations, user-testing and implementation in final design. - Weekly participation in sprints, scrum and related exercises to efficiently identify important user needs, explore and iterate to define possible solutions and validate designs with users.

Managed all administrative policies and procedures, including account management, data entry, filing, and coordinating shipping and receiving across the U.S. and Canada. Served as the primary point of contact for over 50 customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and timely service. Completed a comprehensive redesign of the company website, incorporating Google Analytics and Ads, and increasing web-bound leads. Initiated the role of UX design and research - Analyzed, designed, evaluated, and implemented a new website to generate leads and sales through a new user-friendly platform, with a direct sales contact form not previously available.

Individually developed and implemented a research based literacy intervention program for adults with developmental disabilities in a group setting while ensuring that individual attention is given for supplemental support. The aim of this research project was to help increase literacy levels of participants and provide KW habilitation with a more interactive and engaging literacy program. This research advocated for a call to research into effective literacy programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Accommodated last-minute schedule changes and adhered to parent guidelines, goals, and expectations while governing the care, safety, education, and enrichment of their children. Observed municipal policy through public engagements and municipal events, while maintaining political acuity as this position was for the Mayor of Newmarket, John Taylors’ Family. Ensured client privacy in handling confidential family matters.
