I’m a people-first professional with over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, where I’ve built my career around coaching, motivating, and connecting with individuals to help them reach meaningful goals. My background as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and wellness coach has given me a strong foundation in relationship-building, listening deeply, and understanding what people truly need to succeed. I’ve worked with diverse populations and know firsthand what drives member engagement, retention, and long-term results inside fitness facilities. In my current role as a Sales Development Representative at EGYM, I combine that real-world industry experience with a consultative sales approach—connecting with fitness and wellness organizations to explore how smart technology can enhance the member experience while supporting sustainable business growth. I believe the best outcomes come from authentic conversations, thoughtful outreach, and solutions that genuinely serve both operators and their members.
