Staff, volunteer and intern recruitment, selection, training, retention and supervision. Includes developing relationships with area college Career Offices, maintaining volunteer and intern postings on various websites and overseeing work completed by volunteers. Assists in defining Foundation goals and objectives; establishes methods and means of accomplishing objectives. Directs and reviews work plan for all fundraising, program and administrative staff. Ensures performance measures and standards are maintained. Develops and implements strategies to build audience, membership, public image, and community support. This includes participation in community outreach presentations, website development and maintenance, social media management and coordination of event promotion through Communication Director to ensure public awareness. Coordinates the solicitation of community support in the form of underwriting, sponsorship, grant writing, with all development efforts. Establishes and maintains a working environment conducive to positive individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork; selects and trains staff.
