Major responsibilities include managing payroll, benefits, accounts receivable and payables using ERP as necessary. Work directly with and assist the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Establish, negotiate, and manage small office contracts (office supplies, IT, copiers, etc). Maintain records and databases based on required business practices. Perform word processing, proofing, editing and other assistance with corporate documents, including preparation and dissemination (of correspondence, presentation materials, legal obligation and other documents). Manage outgoing mail and packages. Execution of special projects related to the office aspects on an as-requested basis. Coordination of conference/meetings, both on- and off-site, which may include scheduling arrangements, depending on nature of meeting and participants. Reconcile corporate monthly statements (phone, travel, procurement card, mobile phone, etc). Function as general ambassador for team within Novvi (including its Board of Directors) and with external contacts.

* Work with individual photographers, as well as large clients (Wal-Mart and Palais Royal), producing home story photo shoots and lifestyle advertising. Responsibilities Include all facets of production - booking locations and talent * obtaining permits and insurance for shoot locations * hire catering and craft service * merchandising and organizing wardrobe for shoots and on set styling * all tasks related to office administration of said productions. I also provide personal image consulting, offering affordable consults to everyday people. This includes in-home assessment of wardrobe and body type with individual training on how best to coordinate outfits, hairstyles and make-up that compliment each individual. Can also include personal shopping assistance.
