As a Junior Industrial Engineer at Hatch LTK, I apply my problem solving, communication, and organization skills to support the design, development, and testing of various vehicle and system assurance projects. I graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in May 2022, where I learned how to optimize processes, systems, and operations using data analysis, simulation, and lean principles. Before joining Hatch LTK as a full-time employee, I interned with them for over a year, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the rail transportation industry. I am passionate about improving the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of transportation systems, and I strive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
