Administrative Assistant
Delphi, DDC
Working as the Administrative Assistant with Bartech, stationed at Delphi, I'm the first person you see when you walk through the doors. I connect you with the contact in the building, direct packages and incoming mail to the correct recipients, and answers calls that come to the main line. In addition to the main duties of an Admin assistant, I help with various departments within the building. Working with the sales team, I organize and maintain contract files. With the HR department, I assist with scheduling both phone and in person interviews, keeping track of travel itineraries and assisting with rental cars, as well as maintaining vacation requests. I am also the purchase request creator within SAP for the Business Group and maintain all records of requests and work with Delphi purchasing to get final details on requests made from employees.

Handling teller transactions, helping to set up accounts, refer products, and keeping a positive attitude were apart of my daily tasks. I also answered phones, balance drawers, cleaned and stocked any supplies. I was able to reach over 100% on all of my score cards, which were done monthly.
