Erin Benuzzi is a certified trainer and lifestyle coach accomplished in helping clients of all fitness levels get into the best shape of their lives. She strongly believes health is a conscious choice necessary for longevity, happiness, and overall quality of life. Erin teaches for 10 Gym in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she specializes in yoga and senior citizen fitness, She is a graduate from Oklahoma State University, where she wrote her capstone on yoga, and is currently a student for the Health and Kinesiology program at Northeastern State University (Oklahoma), pursuing graduate work on yoga. As a dedicated student to the martial arts, Erin is happy to spend most of her evenings playing with sticks and daggers and learning the forms. In her free time, she can be found training for half-marathons, cooking her Paleo-inspired diet, or napping with her cats.
