Erika Walton

Hi, I’m Erika Walton, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate care that really takes into consideration your personal strengths, challenges, and environment. I'm an empath by nature, and one of my strengths is truly listening to your unique story. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from childhood through older adulthood, with a strong focus on ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Working with children and families is truly the heart of my practice. I strive to create a warm, steady space where kids feel understood and where caregivers feel supported, informed, and connected. I also have deep training in perinatal mental health, and I love walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and the often-overlooked emotional changes that come with these transitions. My background as a DONA-certified birth doula and CAPPA-certified childbirth educator gives me both clinical and hands-on insight into the pregnancy and postpartum experience. I’ve continued to grow that expertise through specialized training, including the National Curriculum in Reproductive Psychiatry. All of this helps me meet clients with empathy, practical guidance, and evidence-based care. I take a holistic approach, recognizing how sleep, nutrition, movement, and sunlight, and nature shape our emotional and cognitive well-being. I enjoy partnering with clients to make small, meaningful shifts that improve mood, focus, and day-to-day quality of life. Above all, I believe healing happens through connection.
