In my current role, I spearhead design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive program operations, leveraging performance management to measure productivity and mitigate loss. I routinely coordinate compliance initiatives, aligning strategic planning with state and federal regulations, as well as Joint Commission, OSHA, and CDC standards. I frequently investigate and respond to inquiries and grievances to resolve all issues related to quality and service. I also promote guest safety. Provide continuous support before, during, and after audits, surveys, and recertification periods. I liaise with legal teams to support court orders and legal actions. Additionally, I contribute a high level of technical expertise, including designing, coding, and supporting database systems, as well as providing support and modifications to capture data for incident management and policies through PolicyStat. Key accomplishments include: • Effectively partnering with a variety of governing bodies to facilitate internal and external audits and reviews. • Implementing a report tracking systems to monitor incident occurrences and trends, developing and executing appropriate process improvement measures. • Creating Incident Reporting Tracking, RL6, editing RLDatix to reflect matrices needed to complete investigations and provide data to senior leadership. • Increasing institutional effectiveness, training new staff members to maximize productivity and performance.

In this role, I directed routine efforts of a dynamic team of mental health professionals to serve a diverse client population. I effectively mentored and developed direct reports, demonstrating proficiency in meeting ever-expanding patient service criteria. Moreover, I streamlined onboarding to allow new team members to make an immediate impact. Key accomplishments include: • Consistently ensuring compliance with all established standards and billing expectations. • Efficiently managing case load oversight of case managers of 500 members to streamline services. • Coordinating treatment in clinical, forensic, and community environments to uphold the highest standards of care. • Routinely auditing data matrices to analyze service deliverables, compile statistical reports, and embrace opportunities for improvement and growth.
