• Developed tools for management to visualize budget changes for 32+ projects, using data analytics and automation. These tools allow to optimize management operations and to identify root causes and areas for improvement. • Performed detailed analysis of 40+ projects and identified the main budgeting pain points. Developed and implemented a project that optimized the product flow process, manpower, productivity, and space of the warehouse using lean and six sigma tactics, resulting in a predicted savings of $161,560 annually. • Performed analysis of the movement of products, identifying nonvalue added activities. Proposed solution plans to upper management in order to fix those inefficiencies. • Analyzed the layout of the warehouse and identified errors that were causing a loss for the company. Created an updated spreadsheet with the accurate measurements and types of racks for the entire warehouse. • Ensured that my suggestions had a positive cross-functional impact through use of effective communication with all impacted departments.
