-Management of the relationship between HBS and our largest supplier, Honeywell ECC. Includes pricing negotiations, delivery and logistic issues, process improvement, and troubleshooting all related problems and issues for all of North America. -New vendor sourcing, qualification, and setup -Responsible for issuing all Purchase Orders for material over $15,000 for the East Region of HBS -Vendor negotiations in relation to pricing, pay terms, and purchase order terms and conditions -OTTR management for assigned suppliers and regions -Rebate program negotiation and collection for assigned suppliers -Invoice resolution, SAP Data Integrity Management, Material Return processing and new vendor setups -Work with Regional Supply Management Leaders to achieve required business targets in terms of savings and pull-through initiative

-Procurement of all Project materials and subcontracts for up to ten project managers over seven branches of HBS -Monitor project financial status to ensure financial commitments are made. -Maintenance of project financials, research, troubleshooting, and resolution for financial inaccuracies -Communicate Material and Subcontract deliverables to internal and external customers. -Review BOM file information and verify accuracy with Estimating and Project Management team -New supplier sourcing and setup -Material sourcing for project materials -Vendor dispute, purchase order, and invoice resolution -Work with vendors to ensure product availability and delivery requirements -Process returns and cost transfers -Ensure Project Manager compliance with purchasing requirements -Responsible for training, facilitation and communication of district PA development.

-Responsible for daily operation of verifying, entering and servicing mortgage and construction loans and real estate owned properties -Management, verification, analyzing and maintenance of all escrow accounts and payments -Performing updates, payments, reports and collections in loan servicing software -Handle all daily deposits, escrow, cash and wire transfers -Maintenance of all banking and accounting functions, reporting and software systems -Perform all month end closing procedures, reporting and balancing -Management of property insurance verification, reporting, billing and updating -Management of county recording including filing of Warranty Deeds, Deed-in-Lieu, Assignment and Release -Daily accounting, bill payment and accounts receivable for two companies
