Designs and rebuilds new application solutions such as forms, reports, conversations, rules to address customer requirements. Testing and running analysis on module and workflows. Enhances existing applications like building code sets, modifying application settings, conversations, charts, rules/alerts, database scripts, and reports, to address customer requirements Use of ServiceNow & Field Service Management application to customize reports and solutions Partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to evaluate and escalate tickets assisting helpdesk Provide system data extractions & Integration between legacy & new EMR system Knowledge of Cerner Scheduling applications including Schapptbook and Cerner RevCycle/CPM Classroom Facilitation: Ambulatory, Acute, ED, Registration & Scheduling Manages and set up classroom materials, virtually & on-line learning Consults & develop plans with leadership to determine training needs Responded to end users on request on parking lot Participated in office manager meeting & end-user meetings.
