Starlim is a global company with offices in Canada, Austria, and China. We have 2 million sq.ft. of manufacturing space over 3 continents making over 15 billion silicone parts annually. Our facility in London, Ontario is 165,000 sq.ft. with a cleanroom, post curing, sliting/punching, washing, polishing, R&D, and product development capabilities. Experienced in quoting, developing, and launching programs, working alongside multiple departments and leading small teams. Key focus areas during my career have been in managing projects and resources to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met, creating detailed manufacturing plans, monitoring project budgets, seeking opportunities to drive down project costs, leading design reviews with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and lessons learned from the plant floor, leading equipment development builds, and reporting out progress reports to both upper management and customers.
