Eric Stranski
HR Manager @ Eaton
About
My interests in Human Resources began in high school where I was selected to join a peer mediation panel to resolve student disagreements by applying conflict resolution strategies. Since then, my involvement ranges from managing teams, to taking part in company-wide change-management initiatives, to putting on presentations on safety and well-being for individuals in a foreign country. I strive for professional development by embracing ambiguity and using it to stretch and grow my own personal and team-working skills.
