I am a Business Partner at JPG Resources (JPGR), where I advise food and beverage manufacturers and private equity firms on growth strategy, innovation, commercialization, and value creation. I also serve as a Principal with RCV Frontline, a venture capital fund focused on emerging food and beverage companies.With more than 30 years of experience as an operator, entrepreneur, investor, and technology commercialization executive, I have worked across the food and beverage, life sciences, automotive, and consumer products sectors. My career includes leadership roles at Kellogg Company, FMC Corporation, Wayne State University, Delphi Corporation, and Beaumont Research Institute, where I led technology transfer, venture creation, and strategic growth initiatives.I have played key roles in several successful ventures, including as an early-stage contributor to Battle Creek Ingredients, as a co-founder of the AutoHarvest Foundation, and as a co-founder of Detroit National Brewing Company, which relaunched Detroit’s historic Altes Beer brand before a successful exit.Today, I leverage my diverse experience in innovation, commercialization, and business growth to help companies accelerate performance and build long-term enterprise value.
