Currently working in Supplier Quality Assurance Department into Global Corporate Purchasing structure. We are responsible for homologate new suppliers and their performance monitoring at MAHLE Group. Based on this monitoring, considering a critical analysis, we manage the risks according to an escalation management procedure to improve our suppliers. Working as a multidiciplinary team, we support some departments, eg. Purchasing, Logistics, Project Management, Engineering and the most important of all, Production ensuring the best results for our company. There is a global supplier audit plan for we can follow and perform potential & surveillance process audits according to VDA6.3, MAHLE and Customer Specific Requirements.
