After a promotion, I became the artistic director of the project, in charge of; - Being in charge of the direction and coordination between employees of the art department. - Making Illustrations, 2D Animations, 2D Rigging, VFX, Character Design and UI among others for the development of a video game in Unity Software. - Direct communication and negotiation with the publisher and project manager.

I was responsible for leading the animation team, among my achievements are: - Establishing an appropriate workflow for the game's ambitions based on rigging and digital cut-out animation through Spine 2D software. - Implementation and assembly of the animations made in Spine 2D in Unity. - Constant communication with the technical and artistic team to solve bug and other engine problems.

- Transformation of artistic concepts into characters, environments and other objects to reflect the client's vision. - Customer service and constant communication under constant revisions of the work. - Use of Adobe Photoshop for the realization of Character Sheets, Illustrations and scenarios. - Use of Adobe After Effects/Premiere for the realization of videos, frame-by-frame and digital animations through 2D rigging.

During this experience I was responsible for: - Character design and development. - Creation and editing of video and introductions for logos. - Advice and participation in brainstorming sessions with other colleagues.
