Designed, estimated and constructed underground and overhead electric distribution systems for subdivisions, commercial businesses, and industrial loads. Directed and evaluated contractor crew work activities to ensure compliance with construction specifications and guidelines required to meet corporate goals. Worked six months in the field with the overhead and underground crews as well as commercial field metering.

Designed, estimated and constructed distribution systems for residential, commercial and industrial loads for the downtown 120/208V low voltage network. Provided technical guidance to engineering associates to determine reliable, code compliant and cost effective electrical designs. Distribution Safety Advisory Board Member (1/10-11/11)- Coordinated monthly safety meetings and facilitated floor inspections.

Prepared communication plans, operated and maintained information systems, and operated equipment such as radios, computer networks and cryptography protocol in the field to ensure the flow of information throughout a mission. Served as squad leader. Received honorable discharge.

Oversaw creation and implementation of three reliability programs system wide over four states: The three programs were Underground Cable Renewal, Underground Equipment Safety Inspections, and the Secondary Network/ CBD Maintenance Strategy. Managed an approximate budget of six million dollars to implement underground facility reliability programs across four states. Provided technical guidance across for states for program effectiveness. Provided technical assistance to other reliability programs within the Asset Management group on as needed basis. Programs involve overhead reliability inspection reviews, construction engineering support, design engineering support, and many other types of technical support related to the reliability of the distribution system. Currently developing a process change to quantify and qualify underground cable failure prioritization algorithm that will automatically select, document and track all primary conductor failures system wide.
