My background in directing endurance events has shaped how I approach work: build systems that run smoothly, design experiences with intention, and lead teams in a way that puts people and purpose at the center. Across my career, I’ve managed complex operations, developed new programs from the ground up, and led cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. I thrive in roles where thoughtful planning, adaptable systems, and steady leadership create outcomes that feel both impactful and human. Coaching remains at the core of who I am. Whether supporting athletes, colleagues, or emerging leaders, I value the role of mentor—someone who guides others through challenge, builds confidence, and brings clarity to the path ahead. That mindset informs how I lead projects, build processes, and strengthen organizational culture. My time in endurance sport has taught me how to navigate uncertainty, work with intention, and stay committed to long-term goals.
