Assisting with processing of corporate insolvencies (receivership, administration, liquidation) and individual (personal) bankrupt estates. Carrying out stocktakes, creditor analysis and prioritisation, realisation of liquid assets and associated investigations. Preparation of correspondence and reports to debtors and creditors.

Managing all aspects of project administration associated with the $56M infrastructure decommissioning Reconfiguration Project. Responsibilities included management of budget, procurement, preparation of legal agreements (articulating proposed business cases into contracts for landowner agreement), contract management, management support, business planning and event management. I also carried out data analysis and prepared information and reports to support decision making.

Administrative services to the Assets & Technical Services division of GMW (asset management, mechanical, electrical engineering team). Responsibilities included managing the organisation’s Engineering & Scientific Consultancy Panel, assisting with negotiations on the update/refresh of the panel, establishing and managing associated business processes, and advising staff on the operation of the panel. I assisted with safety committees, and facilitated the development of the team’s business plan. I also provided executive support in the establishment of a project alliance (partnership of public and private organisations).

This analytical role involved assessing water resources to determine volumes available to meet environmental and urban requirements, as well as determine the amount of water to be allocated to GMW customers (irrigators) throughout the irrigation season (August to May each year). In this role I also assisted with statutory reporting activities.

Responsible for the development of an integrated Program Master Schedule, incorporating water savings and infrastructure projects. Key accomplishments also included contributing to the formal re-baselining of the project in mid-late 2013.

* In this role I was accountable as a member of the Connections (Engagement) Management team, contributing to strategic program delivery through the management of business services, including: * Management of the project’s business support team and business administration functions across 5 locations; * Data analysis, information management and reporting * Communication and stakeholder engagement * Risk management, policy and procedure development and management * Business improvement and planning * Procurement (including tenders) and contract management
