As an HR Director, I work with senior management to identify personnel trends and support management with the implementation of practical solutions. In addition, I work closely with all levels of management and in accordance with the Enterprise Mission, to plan, direct and control programs, policies, and procedures that enable Entegral to effectively manage its human capital. One of my major focuses is employee retention. Some of my key responsibilities include: • Monitor cost of turnover and work with management to develop retention strategies • Compute and report HR statistics to management • Coordinate employee communication programs and events • Conduct internal employee investigations and consult with Corporate legal counsel on legal matters • Recommend changes in personnel policies, procedures, and benefits
