Currently managing a 25 units apartment complex with daily maintenance request, scheduling of vendors and screening of applicants. I assist in maintaining the property clean, organized, and free of debris. Maintaining a well operating underground parking lot with local tow company. As well as managing estimates and invoices and redirecting them to the company. Facilitating multiple calls from one device in a timely and respectful manner. I am responding to day-to-day emails in a professional and well communicated dialect with attention to detail. Scheduling appointments with vendors and residence. I also maintain tenant request / complaint logs and ensure that responses to requests are performed in a timely manner. Uploading rental ads, showing the property, screening prospective tenants, and creating leases. I also work with legal counsel, and sheriff departments in cases of evictions.

As a leasing agent, I assist property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants. This may include marketing properties on various websites. Helping owners navigate the property market. Preparing lease documents, and screening prospective tenants to qualify them, this may also include acting as a representative for property owners. I also acquired information and address the complaints and concerns of the owner and/ or tenants. Some of my other duties include helping owners understand Fair Housing Laws, working with Section8 and third-party organizations, and educating staff on HUD. Utilizing different systems throughout the day which include Tenant Turner, Buildium, CRMLS, HappyCo, and California Association of Realtors to conduct day-to-day duties.

As an office assistant, I managed multiple phonelines and facilitated calls with clients, vendors, and staff. Scheduled and coordinated virtual and in person meetings by using software as Appfolio and Tenant Turner. Every day I warmly welcomed guests and vendors, coordinated check ins, and directed them to their destination. As a leasing assistant, I organized and managed sensitive data input in Ecxel spreadsheet, retrieving and delivering information quarterly. I sent daily emails demonstrating a mastery of written communication and attention to detail.
