I am currently volunteering as an Events Operation Specialist for BSM.

• Oversee front of the house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing and resolving conflicts or issues promptly. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, plan and oversee promotions to attract and retain customers.

• Managed intake calls and scheduled client-to-attorney meetings while maintained confidentiality of important files and records. • Managed client data through firm’s CRM (Lawmatics). Assisted office manager with creating effective electronic communication and processes. • Drafted, edited, and organized documents for storage and submission.

I am taking Project Management classes through the Google Certificate course in Coursera to help my foundation and understanding with the role as a Project Manager. I am currently in the third course, which is Project Planning course. The Google Project Management Specialization program has currently six courses to complete the certification.
