Recruiting Team Lead for Citi's OneMain Financial. Oversaw team of 10 Recruiters/2 Recruiting Coordinators. Positions include Senior and Executive opportunities to Entry Level positions across ~2,000 locations in the US.

Responsible for recruiting strategy, development, sourcing (direct/cold calling, social media and referral management), short-listing & pre-screening, behavioral interviewing (STAR) and offer negotiation. Responsible for ensuring EEO policies, educate managers regarding their role in maintaining fair hiring practices and partner on goals as developed by SHRO’s business strategies (Diverse candidate slate, TTF), participate in HR/Recruiting related projects, mentor and train new Recruiters.

Recruit, screen, interview and recommend applicants for Temporary, Temp to Hire and Permanent job opportunities in Administrative, Customer Service, Financial, Medical, Legal and Industrial job fields. Mentor for 2 staffing specialists, Interim Manager for 2 branches and contact for 100+ field employees. Administer pre-employment testing, reference/background investigations, and drug testing. Coordinate interviews with HR Directors and Managers, negotiate offers/salaries/fees. Provide employee orientations and overview of benefits. Recruiting and sourcing efforts including job fairs, tracking referrals, reviewing job boards, posting positions online, in print and networking with local career centers, colleges, business and technical schools. Administer performance reviews, monitor absenteeism, counsel, coach and/or warn and make decisions regarding terminations. Resolve employee relation issues, implement recognition awards, retention and safety programs. Train new Staffing Specialists on Recruiting/HR software (Matchmaker, Spectrum and TempWorks), applicant screening, resume review, interviewing techniques and client customer service. Responsible for all Unemployment Claims and attend fact findings and/or Unemployment Hearings. Maintain accurate I-9 compliance and up to date employee information; research and resolve payroll issues. Submit first reports of injury and communicate Worker's Compensation policies. Coordinate and participate in internal reception coverage and on call schedule; audit invoice reviews and payroll reports; submit weekly and monthly employee budget reports to hi-volume clients.
