Expanded role and be responsible for leading the development and deployment of human resources strategies, programs, policies and initiatives needed to achieve operational excellence of Power Quality Division and Operations. Foster Eaton culture in the organization that promotes high engagement and performance. Total support population is around 7K employees with dual role now.

Responsible for leading the Human Resources function for Eaton Electronics Division globally with over 4,000 employees worldwide.

Be responsible for providing guidance, assistance and support to the East Asia team to develop and maintain a cohesive and productive workforce in Southeast Asia(SEA), Korea, Japan and Taiwan/Hong Kong. It will be accomplished by managing the human resource strategy and direction for the organization and the adoption of Eaton’s system, policies, practices and processes in both legacy Eaton and Cooper sites and sales offices in East Asia.

Lead and build first HR Services center in Eaton Electrical APAC. Be responsible for developing common HR processes from multiple business units and moving them into the HR Services center, including staffing, compensation, payroll, and data administration.

Global responsibility for the Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness function which worked for OD director covering the strategy and direction for the leadership competency model, post-university development programs, general leadership development, performance management, HR research and analytics, change management, organizational assessment & design, individual and team effectiveness, and talent management technology.

Build out and manage a robust strategy for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining early career professionals from priority universities. Partner with leadership development program managers, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Generalists, and the key university contacts at priority schools (faculty, career resource center leads, administrators and students), and to ensure a seamless execution of our university relations strategy.
