In my previous role, I successfully managed the end-to-end litigation process, represented the company at mediations, and provided valuable legal support to global business units. My experience includes drafting and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts, conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and defending the company in complex commercial claims.

While at Holland & Knight, I represented and defended multinational companies in the financial services and healthcare industries under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as well as state attorney generals related to federal and state laws. I also represented equity receivers in connection with regulatory matters before federal agencies. I have experience in all phases of litigation. As part of my practice, I briefed and argued a variety of motions, prepared experts and fact witnesses to testify, and managed large document productions.

For two years, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a law clerk, I managed a high-volume of civil and criminal cases from filing to judgment, drafted dispositive orders, and assisted with numerous trials and hearings.
