Works with small solo business owners to organize documents, maintain accounts, and keep numbers organized for decision making and tax time. Guiding them on how to get foundations in order to be able to scale when the time is right. Manages Quickbooks Online accounts tailored to each client’s individual needs with monthly reports. For specific clients maintains A/R (including collecting unpaid & overdue money), A/P, and a company email addresses.

Managed numerous quickbooks accounts and prepped end of year numbers for analysis, and to file taxes & 1099s. Worked under lead CPA to prepare taxes for dozens of clients, many sole proprietors who need to file a Schedule C and/or Schedule E. Set up numerous spreadsheets to organize a wide variety of data for internal projects and for clients as needed. Managed numerous accounts for clients with varying needs including: emails, websites, payroll, personal bills.

Designed, built, and implemented a cost effective, digital system to keep track of all projects, statuses, and deadlines. The system made it so all team members could look up information instantly from any location. Worked closely with the shop manager to implement standard procedures for efficiency, and to minimize and easily identify errors. Wore many hats among a small team, including orchestrating all domestic and international shipments, managing wholesale accounts, AP, bookkeeping, working closely with the CPA, and keeping the office organized.

Operated the camera, white balance, and lighting to accurately capture documents for archival purposes. Documents include text books, large format blueprints, color yearbooks, and braille letters. Maintained online spreadsheets necessary to easily share data across the floor to every team member in real time.

What started as an art (photography) business developed into a jewelry business. We primarily sold our handmade silversmith jewelry on Etsy, and Obaz (drop ship) and in brick and mortar stores in Vermont, Wisconsin, and Paris.

Received the Outstanding Graduate Award in Art History. Studied on site plein air Art History in and around Paris and Aix-en-Provence, France in July 2014.
