Updating profiles of existing clients making sure that all related documentation is signed as required by the Company's policies. Interact with incoming visitors and manage incoming calls, providing service and support end users, both viewing and trade users. Listen to clients to ascertain the core problem and guide users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, assisting with navigating the platform, explain gradually how to raise online orders and IT related queries. Providing clients, one to one training sessions on how to use the Company's online trading platform. Monitor, screen, respond and distribute online correspondence in a timely manner.
