Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the personal loans portfolio • Assist and drive the end-to-end launch of loan campaigns (e.g., tax loans, electric vehicle loans etc.), including planning, promotion material preparation, system set-up coordination, and post-launch performance tracking • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for personal loans and debit/card products • Support the pre-launch preparation and rollout of new debit card products/features (target segment definition, pricing, benefit design, vendor coordination, marketing collateral, etc.)

• Assist Team Lead to drive on/offline payment strategy for the bank’s wealth affluent segment to achieve pre-defined business KPIs • Assist Team Lead to come up with innovative payment and debit card initiatives to drive customer usage and transactions • Launch quarterly customer campaign to promote transactional banking and lead the end-to-end discussion for preparing marketing brief, designing campaign mechanics and internal/external customer communication, pre- & post campaign tracking and evaluation and A&P control • Use data-driven approach in translating program/customer level insights from data and dashboard into actions and drive customer engagement via intelligent nudges • Conduct competitive updates on digital payments and cards landscape including P2P, P2M, B2C with benchmark including but not limited to traditional and virtual banks, FinTech, e-Wallets and overseas players etc.; maintain a market intelligence library for the team and ensure timely call-for-action • Assist Team Lead to drive offline-to-online strategy and customer engagement • Work closely with cross business/support units including Digital, Business Analytics, Marketing, Technology & Operations, Legal & Compliance and Institutional Banking Group to achieve smooth delivery of the payment and card initiatives

• Assist in developing new / enhance existing retail loans and deposit products to suit our customers' needs from time to time • Review and enhance the end-to-end process of retail loans and deposit products to ensure its ongoing properness and effectiveness • Work closely with different teams to meet the established business goals • Work closely with different units to launch / organize different promotional programs related to deposits and retail loans • Conduct market research • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for relevant areas (e.g. customer offers, T&C, risk disclosure, etc) • Ensure satisfactory audit result on relevant areas

-Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the team including quotation preparation and invoice processing. -Perform competitors' analysis and explore corresponding business insights for planning pricing strategy. -Coordinate with relevant departments for logistic support and deposit product support. -Handle enquiries from branch and call centre. -Assist in preparing relevant deposit business proposals, reports and strategic paper for presentation.
