AWS CLI for economy schedule management. I conducted AWS CPU stolen issue which exists in virtualized computing environments and did a lot of performance test, the system automatically throttles back the CPU to a few usage percentages, while “stealing” the rest of the CPU. The issue was fixed by changed a different instance type.
