- Performed software release testing on 5-10 weekly updates on the Duck Creek Agency Portal as part of the migration of 6 Great American lines of business to the new platform - Identified and reported technical defects in software updates by executing rigorous test cases - Imported documentation of test results into Excel Workbooks upon completion
