Designed and maintained databases for membership, fundraising campaign and a collection of over 7,000 historical artifacts using ACT! and FileMaker. Performed clerical duties including proofreading/editing, word processing, generating and updating spreadsheets, data entry, photocopying, managing telephone lines, and drafting memos, contracts, correspondence, and press releases on a daily basis.

* Simultaneously managed both the Membership and Marketing/Promotions departments while also assisting in the coordination of production services field and mobile production truck shoots. * Served as liaison between management and marketing, capital campaign, and PR consultants, as well as being primary point of contact between organization and general public, membership, vendors, and other community agencies. * Managed an in-house Graphics Specialist and up to four interns. * In tandem with an outside marketing and design consultant, oversaw a company-wide re-branding. * Oversaw the writing, design, production, and distribution of all marketing and promotional materials, with an eye for maintaining consistency of language and branding. * Managed the design and production of custom graphics for use in print, web, and on-screen television and video mediums. * Managed promotional photo shoots. * Oversaw the construction and rollout of new company website.
