• Manage 75+ procurement and vendor management projects within Constellation’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. • Confirm, reconcile, and validate over 100 interest rate derivative trades daily (swaps, futures, treasuries) for the USD Swaps, CAD, Basis, and Emerging Markets desks • Liaise with other counterparties (traders, sales, middle office) as well as brokers to ensure timely affirmation of trades over DTCC, Markitwire, Tradeweb, and BET. • Generate and distribute end of day Flash P&L to trading desks and product control team • Participate in weekly treasury buybacks, sellbacks and auctions on the trading desk • Strengthen control infrastructure by diligently checking PV, NPV and delta of each trade based off of live curves; constantly interacting with trading desks to ensure correct risk • Continue to improve efficiency of Flash P&L process via streamlining Excel macros • Identify control gaps and propose process solutions to remediate (implemented a process of attaching each confirmation from email or Bloomberg to the trade in our system)
