- Monitor / Control inventory, to fulfil customer requirement date at the same time we also can monitor efficiency for supply chain management. - Monitor balance lot status and make sure Work-in-Progress production lot are able complete become Finish Goods. - Monitor inventory status, control inventory by defer early material shipment, sold excess components to other branches, send listing which potential to become customer consignment stock. - Material Readiness

To liaise with Customer Service Department on the production order information and update the Daily Production Plan. Issue the updated Daily Production Plan and Production Order Form to production for order processing. To execute and monitor the Daily Production Plan to ensure on time goods delivery To coordinate with relevant departments on production schedule for priority orders, replacement orders, rejection product and others issue To track on the goods delivery status and liaise with Production Department for any undelivered orders. To liaise with Customer Service Department on the delivery status and on any production or delivery delays. To prepare and update the relevant production status, delivery status and monthly report. Any other relevant tasks as and when assigned.
