Responsible for leadership and development of the Quality Assurance and Safety teams at the United Launch Alliance production facilities in Decatur, Alabama and Harlingen, Texas. Responsible and accountable for Quality System and Safety performance for ULA Production operations. Also responsible for deployment of support resources to operations business units. Developed, coordinated and implemented Quality and Safety strategies with Quality Assurance VP and VP of Production Operations. Additional responsibilities include control account management, USG customer relations and continuous improvement.

Responsible and accountable for production operations execution in the areas of safety, quality, cost schedule and morale. Held positions in increasing levels of responsibility including large aluminum and stainless steel launch vehicle tank manufacturing, complex machining, chemical processing, wire harness fabrication, tube/duct manufacturing and major structures assembly.
