After being a student myself at Armonk Martial Arts, I returned as a high school Senior as an instructor. I developed a positive environment for the younger students by conducting myself as a role model. I also worked with adults and older students and worked hard to develop age-appropriate challenges. I supervised students and instructed classes on everything from basic techniques to sparring.

During this university-sponsored internship, I worked with 30+ emotionally troubled teenage males by facilitating therapy sessions and participating in activities. I oversaw their daily chores, socialization and meals.

I have worked at Patdo Light Studio each summer and intermittently through the year since 2006, where I managed the warehouse and assisted in sales. Patdo Light Studio is one of the nation's most prestigious and high-end supplier of lighting design. I am heavily involved in customer sales and service, deliveries and shipments, and fielding customer concerns and requests. I have also spearheaded the overhaul of the company's organizational system by implementing a coding system that extends beyond the warehouse.

I researched and identified potential clients on behalf of senior recruiters. I assisted in developing sales pitch strategies and scripted recruitment presentations. I placed cold calls to potential clients and arranged meetings between firms and prospective employers. I also managed and maintained a large database.
