* Quality Management Representative/Q.A. * Responsibilities include: * a. document, maintain, and control Tulsa Quality Work Instruction Manual and QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, which will support the management's objectives and goals for quality * b. control the risk assessment, corrective and preventive action program * c. ensuring internal audits are performed * d. maintains organization charts for QMS program * e. assist in performing contract reviews of special orders * f. assist in shipment approvals * g. supervises the Quality Assistants.
