In R&D, I was involved in concept to production, along with face to face interaction with customers. In operations managing over 700 employees across multiple shifts, while achieving 90%+ delivery to customer demand and 50% reduction in overtime through continuous improvement. I lead a heavy focus on cost reduction with P&L responsibilities. During my time as Purchasing Manager, my team realized $2.5 million in annualized savings through value engineering and sourcing abroad. In every situation there has been demonstrated improvement with shareholder approval.
