Based on the assembly area, added 5 machining lines,150 equipments and 50operators. Take the responsible of TPM, Quality control(using SPC),Efficiency improvement(Studying one operator covers seval machines),Cost control(cutter cost),SMED to reducing change over time

Manage 7 assembly lines and more than140 operators, 3 ME engineers ,1 production supervisor,1 equipment maintenance supervisor and 2 production plan coordinaters. Make sure the prducts quality and production line efficiency, and on time delivery. 1. Improve the production efficiency by hour by hour chart,and the efficiency improved 10% in the past year 2. Improve the quality level by use the error proof system, process control. the "0"mile feedback was reduced from 60 to 0 per month.Means the CPPM was reduced from 20000 to 0. 3. Implement the mixed skill training to the assembly operators to make the production much flexible for the production plan 4. Used the line balance and standard work to improve the efficency. 10 operators was reduced and the capacity was improved 5% in assembly area 5. Lean Production implement in Assembly line,used the kitting system to obtain the one picec flow.

Manage and lead a good team of lean department.And also lead and build lean knowledge and awareness in the whole company by training and projects.Lead and join in the improving activies of labor and burden. 1. Lead the weekly kaizen events to saving the labor and burden cost 2. Make the forecast of the headcount based on the sales monthly 3. Lead the engineers to improve the efficiency by standard work\line balance\TPM\material kitting system and so on 4. Implement the error proofing system in the workshop 5. Implement the pull system by Kanban and ANDEN system

Provide the lean knowledge training to all the employee. Lead the lean activities,such as:6S,VSM,standard work,one piece flow,level schedual... And set up the PULL system between Xuzhou factory and Tianjian.

Joined in the layout design of the new plastic factory.And take part in the new program launch. Make all the work instructions and standard work.And lots of lean activities,such as:Kanban system,warehouse management,TPM,SMED,Pull system,One piece flow,Capacity study,Headcount control...
