For over thirteen years I helped grow and manage the UPS Lathrop terminal. At this facility I assisted the terminal manager in managing the service center operation. I held regulatory and business compliance reviews and oversaw the audit and OS&D processes. I would analyze data for productivity , service, and quality targets and collaborate with the terminal manager for process improvements. I was also the conductor of regular safety and quality training's to ensure all employees are compliant.

As the terminal manager of the STO Reddaway terminal I managed, directed, and lead all operational functions within the facility. I successfully reduced accidents and injuries by increasing safety awareness and utilizing the Smith system to retrain safe driving habits. While managing the STO terminal I consistently met and maintained our companies productivity goals while managing the P&L. I oversaw and managed the terminal move from Stockton, CA to Tracy, CA. This move increased our service area and grew my employee count by 18%.
