Eric is the Vice President of Global Sales for Spaceti, a holistic Workplace Experience Platform for Real Estate Managers which is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Eric’s primary work is leading and owning the global sales efforts to bring the highest Spaceti value and focus to our customers. Spaceti’s primary goal is to deliver best-in-class SaaS products and services to our customers who seek to improve their workplace performance. Eric’s work drives client satisfaction and success in all aspects while enabling the high performing sales team at Spaceti to grow and achieve top-level performance. Spaceti is connecting customers to its unique differentiation for holistic workplace management, while offering them the ability to create hybrid, flexible, and sustainably built user experiences in the workplace. Eric is responsible for forming the connection of business outcomes with advanced IoT Proptech solutions that provide data generated insights for optimal workplace analysis. Eric also develops tools and processes to expertly guide the development and growth of the global Spaceti Sales team located around the world. With his 30+ years of industry experience, he coaches and mentors his SaaS Sales Team on the Spaceti Workplace Platform customer engagement approach. Additional accountabilities include: • Leads the global Commercial Sales efforts, including managing the sales pipeline and funnel for the B2B + B2C SaaS offer. • Creates insight-based differentiation for client's workplace evolution and data-based decision making. • Aligns and integrates selling strategies and techniques to optimize workplace business objectives. • Engages key client stakeholders in meaningful and productive ways to achieve their unique workplace performance. • Advanced workplace evolution processes - from visioning to design execution and implementation.
